On the 22nd of February in 2022 the leading scientific worker of Department Folklore and written literature of the Institute of Folklore ANAS, PhD Aposh Valiyev was a guest on the program of AZTV “Teleseher”. He spoke about the traditions, proverbs, beliefs, applause and water fortune-telling performed on Water Tuesday. During the conversation, A.
