Folklore fund

The scientific specification of folklore-study investigations shows itself as it is very important to collect the folklore materials, to systematize them, cataloguing, carrying out the genre classification, to publish with the explanations in perfect scientific system net. The scientific fund of the Folklore Institute began to act from 1995. During this period more than thousands of folklore materials (files) have been entered the scientific archive. The publication of folklore anthology (about 100 volumes) on the base of the folklore materials of folklore archive not only from Azerbaijan but also from the different regions of common Turkic world is being planned.
The chief of the scientific archive is Guller Shafi gizi Galandarli. In 2009 she was appointed as the chief of the Scientific Archive.
