Abuzer Yaver oglu Gulmammadov was born on the 15th of July in 1975 in Baku.

During 1981-1992 he studied at Garalar village school in the region Sabirabad.

During 1993-1998 he studied at the faculty International Economical Relations of Baku Business University.

In 1996 he graduated from the course Book-keeping at the educational-commerce centre “Sanat” of Azerbaijan “Bilik” Enlightenment Society.

During 2002-2004 he worked as a psychologist at school in Garalar village of Sabirabad region and taught the subject Basis of Economy.

From 2005 he has been working as an assistant of director at ANAS Institute of Folklore.

He is married, he has three children.
