Corresponding member of ANAS, head of Folklore and Writing Literature Department of the Institute of Folklore Kamran Aliyev’s fourth and fifth volumes of 10 volume works has been published.
Academician Mohsun Nagisoylu is scientific editor and author of the “Preface” of the fourth volume called “Classics, contemporaries” and compiler is Ph.D. Gulsumkhanim Hasilova.
The book contains articles about the life and creativity of well-known representatives of the Azerbaijani literature of the 19th-21st centuries. In the book the investigations are about the life and activity of some masters such as M.F.Akhundzade, A.Bakikhanov, J.Mammadguluzade, M.A.Sabir, A.Sahhat, A.Shaig, M.Hadi, M.S.Ordubadi, J.Jabbarli, R.Rza, S.Vurgun and others.
The scientific editor and the author of the “Preface” of the fifth volume called “Literary criticism” of Kamran Aliyev’s 10 volume works’ is academician Kamal Abdullayev, compilers are Ph.D. Sevinj Aliyeva and Nigar Imamaliyeva.
There are articles about literature-study and the literary criticism written by the author in this volume. In the part of “Literature-study” some problems such as theory, the literary personality, the literary memeory, the literary language, the position of modernity, elegy have been investigated. In this part there is a monography about Abbas Zamanov. One can meet the monograph about Mustafa Guliyev’s literary-critic thoughts in this part.
