The 2nd and 3rd volumes of the 10 volumes books by folklorist have been published
The 2nd and 3rd volumes of 10 volumes of works by Kamran Aliyev, head of Folklore and Writing Literature Department of the Institute Folklore, corresponding member of ANAS has been published. The scientific editor of the second volume “The Theory of Romanticism” and the author of the foreword is Vice-President of ANAS, academic-secretary Teymur Karimli and compiler of the foreword is Ph.D., associate professor Fidan Gasimova. The 2nd volume includes the monographic book “Poetics of the Azerbaijani romantics”. In the book the problems such as the romantic hero concept, heroic supernatural and loneliness, movements within time and space, symbolic character of nature and mythological characters, poetic clashes such as the West and the East, near and far, life and death were analyzed as the main problems of poetics of Azerbaijani romance.
The scientific editor of the volume 3 called “Huseyn Javid” is professor Shirindil Alishanli, compiler is Ph.D. Aytaj Abbasova. In the book the life and identity of great poet and playwright Huseyn Javid, his thoughts about literature, poetry and drama, folklore and craftsmanship have been investigated.
