Collaborators of our Institute had taken part in the International Conference
On the 1st-5th of October the International Congress “The 18th of Turkish History” was held in Ankara the capital of Turkey. About 800 scientists and investigators from Turkey and foreign countries took part in the congress. Some collaborators from the Institute of Folklore reported on different themes such as the head of the department “Mythology” professor Seyfaddin Rzasoy “The methodological methods and sources, history and history concepts in the 17th century Oghuz-Turkic history tradition”, Ph.D., associate professor Fidan Gasimova “Oghuz and Celtic texts during the history”, Ph.D., associate professor Naila Askar “Language and style in the works by Ashug Shenlik”, Shabnam Huseynova “The historical formation of the old woman character in Turkic folk literature – from the myths to tales”.
