ANAS Institute of Folklore will organize the international meeting
On the 3rd of September the representative of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey Selma Koseoglu was the guest of ANAS Folklore Institute. During the meeting the director of the Institute, academician Mukhtar Kazimoglu-Imanov, informed the guest about the history, scientific research directions and projects of the Institute. S. Koseoglu also proposed the Folklore Institute to join as an organizing party at the international conference “Divanu Luqat-it Turk” to be held with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey. It was decided to hold the conference on the 14th of September in Baku. At the meeting the chief of the department “Foreign relations” Ali Shamil and Ph.D. Aynur Gazanfargizi took part. At the end Selma Koseoglu presented gifts about the organization to the academician Mukhtar Kazimoglu.
