The collaborators of the Institute of Folklore took part at the international conference in the city Ohrid of the Macedonia
On the 17th-19th of January the 6th International Conference “Ohrid-Vodici, 2018” “Diaspora, Transnationalism, Transculturalism and Inter-Cultural communications as new forms of social capital” was held. The collaborators of the Institute of Folklore the chairman of the department “Folklore of limited nations”, associate professor Afag Ramazanova “Lahijs and lahij folklore in Azerbaijan multiculturalism sphere”, the senior scientific worker of the Institute Sahiba Pashayeva “The cultural heritage problems in Azerbaijan heroic eposes”, associate professor Sonmaz Abbasli “The publications of the epos “The Book of Dede Gorgud” in foreign languages” reported on the themes. Ph.D. Fariz Khalilli and professor Shikar Gasimov also took part at the conference. It is necessary to note that the representatives from fourteen countries of the world also took part at the conference.
