The book “Oghuzname researches” was published
The new book “Researches of Oghuzname (articles)” by Professor Afzaladdin Asker, head of department “Folklore of Turkic peoples” of ANAS Folklore Institute, was published. The published book is about the activity of Oghuzname.
The book consists of 160 pages and 9 chapters.
Most of the articles published in the book are dedicated to the event of our epic creative history called Oghuzname. In these articles, written in different years, it is said about various problems of the Oghuzname that have survived to this day, as well as the characteristics and the history of the creation of ashiq activity that emerged in the post-Oghuzname period of our epic creative history. Two articles in the new book about Oghuzname are the product of the author’s research in recent years.
