The scientific conference on the theme “The place and role of pedagogy and psychology in the formation of the teacher’s personality in the conditions of globalization”
On the 28th of April in 2022 Elchin Galiboglu made a report “The importance of self-sufficiency in the formation of the teacher’s personality” in the Republican scientific conference on the theme “The place and role of pedagogy and psychology in the formation of the teacher’s personality in the conditions of globalization”. In the report the importance of self-sufficiency in the formation of the teacher’s personality was mentioned, the importance of self-sufficiency, human and environment: the inevitability of face to face with oneself, purification from negative emotions, the need for globalization and nationality, the difficulty of preserving national values, the limitations of humanity and nationality, unity, relations of the teacher universality, pedagogical-psychological aspects in this process, a separate focus is also placed on the analysis of issues such as knowledge-assimilation (learning) and teaching.
