ACADEMICIAN MUKHTAR IMANOV TOOK PART AT THE 2ND HUMANITARIAN FORUM “THE GREAT STEPPE”
On the 26th of May in 2017 by the organizational support of the International Turkic Academy, the Turkic historical structure and TİKA the 2nd International Humanitarian Forum “The Great Steppe” was held in Kazakhstan, Astana. The forum organized by the International Turkic Academy were discussed the scientific integration between the Turkic states, study of Turkic literature and the Turkic languages, study of modern trends and factors in the development of history, archeology, ethnography and other spheres. At the forum many famous scientists from different countries such as Darkhan Kidiirali, Pak Pilkho, Refik Turan, Oghuz Ojal, Ramazan Korkmaz, Grem Norman, Yuli Khudyakov, Seit Kaskabasov, the director of the Institute of Folklore, academician Mukhtar Imanov, Doctor of Sciences Asif Usubaliyev, Ph.D. Agahuseyn Shukurov, Ph.D, associate professor Vafa Hajiyeva also took part.
At the forum which continued in six sections after the opening session the report “Tripartite comparison in the mythological view and the problem of the bifurcation of the image in the fiction” by the academician Mukhtar Imanov was listened at. At the end of the forum the agreement was reached on the establishment of joint standing committees on certain areas and implementation of joint projects.
