The journal “Turk dili” (“Turkish language”) is one of the most authoritative journals published in Ankara (Turkey). This journal is spread not only in Turkey, but also in more than 50 countries of the world. Let’s inform that during the Soviet period getting the publications’ of the foreign countries in the period of limiting the journal “Turk dili” was given to the main libraries of Azerbaijan. The order to publish this journal was given in the meeting 5 October, 1932 in First Turkic Language Congress. Though there were problems and intervals in publishing this journal has been publishing from that time. In the last number of the journal (2017, March) there is an article by Nail Tan who co-operates with the Institute of Folklore very much “Eski Fakat Yeni: 1927 Tarihli Bir Azerbayjan Edebiyat Tarihi” (“The ancient but new: Azerbaijan literature with new history 1927”). in the article it is said about the scientific value of the book “Amin Abid. The history of Azerbaijan Turks’ literature” published by the Institute of Folklore in 2016. Let’s inform that the head of the project is the director of the Institute of Folklore ANAS, the correspondent member of the ANAS Mukhtar Kazimoglu Imanov, the editor of the book is Ph.D. Rza Khalilov, compilers are Professor Badirkhan Ahmadov and Ali Shamil.
