World Civil Defence Day has been celebrated at the Institute of Folklore
On the 1st of March the meeting about the World Civil Defence day has been hold at the Institute of Folklore. The chief of the Civil Defence Staff Elshad Guliyev gave information about the formation date of this day. Then he reported on the theme “The role of the civil defence against the catastrophes”. The reported mentioned the behavior, saving and the first aid rules during the extraordinary accidents (earthquake, fire, the enemy attack, flood, injuring, etc.). e. Guliyev also told the importance of the using the rules according on the published booklets.
In the meeting it was also told about the usage rules of the fire-extinguisher balloon and the questions were answered.
It is necessary to note that during the meeting the posters about the behavior rules during the extraordinary accidents have been hung on the walls of the Institute of Folklore.
