Scientific workers of the Institute of Folklore took part in International Scientific Symposium
On the 21st of October in 2016 with the organization of Russia Federation Dagistan Autonomous Republic Scientific Academy Institute of Language, Literature and Art the international scientific symposium on the theme “Northern Caucasus nations folklore in the context of Eurasia culture dialogue” dedicated to the folklorist, scientist, turkologist Abdulhakim Ajiyev’s 75 jubilee was held in Mahachgala city. In the plenary meeting the scientist was congratulated with the congratulation letter by the correspondent member of ANAS Mukhtar Kazimoglu – Imanov, the letter was read by Aynur Gazanfargizi. The representatives of the Institute of Folklore Ph.D., associate professor Sonmaz Abbasli (The specification of Garabag folk songs and dances), Aynur Gazanfargizi (Investigation of Gumug folklore by Abdulhakim Ajiyev and the modern view to it) took part in the symposium with their reports. Ph.D. Allahverdi Mammadli and Ph.D. Malahat Babayeva also took part in the meeting.
