The scientific workers of the Institute of Folklore are in schools

    On the 21st of May the chairman of the department “Dede Gorgud” Doctor of Sciences Ramazan Gafarli, the chairman of the department “Mythology” Doctor of Sciences Seyfeddin Rzasoy, Ph.D. Galib Sayilov, the scientific worker Elchin Galiboglu took part in the organization called “The young generation and the national-spiritual values” dedicated to the 28th May – Republic Day at school number 22 in Sabunchu region of Baku.

   The meeting was opened by the director of the school Javad Safarov, and he told about the value of the Republic Day as a historical event and the Azerbaijan statehood tradition.

    And the workers of the Institute of Folklore told about some problems such as Azerbaijan statehood tradition and folklore, the role of folklore in protecting and immortalizing of our national-spiritual values and etc., the pupils' questions were answered.

    At the meeting the pupils of the school played the saz instrument.
